Thanks doc, when you say ' long way of treatment'....how long would that be,,,,6month,,,,,1 year....?? ny time frame...is it 100% effective in all the cases..?Doc, selenium 3 is not available in Indian Brand, its there in German Brand Selenium 6 is available in Indian brand In case of any substitute, please suggest as change, Rest of the medicines I have bought it and started using it as prescribed. Also, in arnica shampoo many brands are available which one should I buy. Please suggest. Thanks in advance. Doctor, when I try to buy the medicine online it asks for 'Potency' of the product, meaning types, options are: 6, 200, 1M, 10M, 50M, CM Which on to buy, 'Selenium 3x' query is resolved.

Brief Answer: Hello Detailed Answer: Treatment depends on the frequency of improvement and it may take atleast 6 month. If Selenium 3x is not available then you can have 6x you can take with earlier prescribed dose. You can have arnica shampoo of any indian brand. Update me after one month of treatment.
