Question: I recently have discovered my right clavical bone has completely grown to the left side and I can feel it pressing on my thoat. it is rather large. What is happening? Will this continue?

The best way to get a proper diagnosis id to go for a contrast enhanced high resolution CT scan of the area.
This may be a cyst of the end of the clavicle.
This is mostly a benign / non-cancerous growth or a cyst.
But works like a cancer by local spread.
You may need an local excision of such lesions as they will always grow, albeit gradually and cause obstructive symptoms over the trachea and/ or esophagus and the structures near the growth.

The finding on the CT scan will guide for further treatment.
Excision may be necessary.
Get an opinion of the Orthopedic surgeon.
