Question: My foreskin is white on the top sometimes like chalk colour and I can see little spots it looks kinda green on my foreskin but not all over it

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have infection of Foreskin (Posthatitis)

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1)Do you have unprotected sex?
2) Are you diabetic?
3) Do you have itching of the genital?

Get swab test and culture of discharge from urethra done .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.later on switch onto appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
