Suggest Treatment For Gestation Sacs With No Heart Beat

Hi doctor,
I am back with a few more questions and a news. Today at 7 weeks gestation i had a scan and they found 2 live intrautrine pregnancy one with heartbeat 109 and another 87. But another sad part is they also found 3 more gestation sacs with no heart beat which wasnt visible 2 weeks ago out of which one has collapsed. Now my doctor suggested to wait for 2 weeks get another scanning done and really pray that the other 2 dont develop heart beat. If it does then they will refer to experts to do selective reduction from 4 to 2 .
Now my question is,
1.will selective abortion cause any harm to mother?
2.what will happen to other 2 ones that are left in uterus?
3. Before how many weeks of gestation is it advised to go for abortion?
4. Is there any risk for me right now?
Luckily god willing my ohss is under control n reducing now,but i had light blood tinted cervical mucus from 2 days,is that of concern? When should i alert my doctor?as i forgot to tell her about it today.

Other 3 sacs dont seem to be viable if they have not got heart beat. They are unlikely to get heart beat after this.
Even if they get heart beat, they can be reduced without harming you or other sacs.
Remaining not alive fetus will stay in same state and wont grow further.
Reduction can be done at around 9 weeks.
Blood tinged mucous is fine. Dont worry about it.
You have good pregnancy running overall. You should stay relaxed.
