Brief Answer:
Yes, these are genital warts.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I think these are genital warts caused by Human papillomavirus( HPV). Genital warts are soft growths that may resemble a cauliflower and may feel smooth or slightly bumpy to the touch( as you have) that appear on the genitals and are a sexually transmitted infection (STI) caused by certain strains of HPV.

While visible genital warts often go away with time, the virus cannot be eliminated once it is in your bloodstream.

Yes, this is contagious! Genital warts can be passed on to others even when there are no visible warts or other symptoms. You cannot treat genital warts with over-the-counter (OTC) wart removers or treatments.

I suggest you meet an infectious diseases specialist or dermatologist for this situation. Usually, in my experience, I prescribe topical wart treatments that might include Imiquimod, Podophyllin and Podofilox.

If visible warts do not go away with time, you may require surgery to remove them (electrocautery or cryosurgery).

I hope my answer helps you. Please be free to ask me again.

Brief Answer:
Hello again. Thank you writing back.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

According to my experience, these are genital warts from HPV.

Furthermore, I suggest you to control inside the body (inside the vagina and cervix) doing Colposcopy by an infectious diseases specialist or gynecologist, in order to see the existence of any other signs of HPV.

I hope my answer helps you.
