Suggest Treatment For Genital Warts

Question: Hi there. I'm writing to request advice concerning my genital warts.
BACKGROUND: I was diagnosed with genital warts in 2007. I had three or four brown warts the sizes of a piece of rice around the base of my penis and just above my penis. I had them removed via the LEEP procedure from my dermatologist. About 3 months later, I had a couple more removed from the same place. Then, a year or so later (2009), another couple removed. About two years later (2011), I had one removed. And again in 2014 I had one removed. Finally, now, in 2015, I just discovered what is likely a very small wart about an inch above my penis. I'm going in tomorrow to get it removed as well. I do not have any immune-deficiency problems and I do not smoke. (Though my job is quite rough and I'm under a substantial amount of stress often.)
QUESTION: What, if anything, can I do to improve my response to this strain of HPV and decrease the likelihood of preventing a recurrence after this one (Including lifestyle changes and topical or other medications I might use)? Any guidance or help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Partner treatment is a must.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

Recurrence of genital warts, then think of the possibility of partner treatment. Your partners have to be examined and to treat them. Otherwise there would not be any use in going for repeated ablation.
Chemical cauterization with podophylum toxins will be useful.
To increase the immunity against warts you can try Tablet Levamisole 150 mg weekly thrice for six weeks under the supervision of your physician. There are certain other immunomodulant measures tried but not proved to be fruitful. Immuquimod weekly thrice self application also worthy to try.
