Suggest Treatment For Genital Warts

Posted on Tue, 28 Jul 2015
Question: In the the last 2 months I have started to grow clusters of moles/warts (not sure which one) around my butt hole and it is very bothersome. In the last year I have been in the hospital 3x because of a very weak immune system (I have had my spleen and left kidney removed in 1995) I have had blood poisoning 3x (my white blood cell count shoots up to 38,000+) and have been septic and had mrsa in the last 8 months and have had every std test under the sun that the hospital could think of to test me for and I havnt had sex in 3 years including herpes because I break out in herpes like blister clusters occasionally (for the last 2yrs) but all have come back negative so I don't understand what this could be is it something I should be worried about? I don't have insurance and can't afford to go to a doctor if it's not important. I can send a picture if wanted ...

As per details, it seems that you are having a condition called Verruca vulgaris.
It is viral infection of skin caused by Human papilloma virus. It is characterised by various types of lesions including flat lesions, raised bumps, filiform ,digitate lesions.
Treatment is usually done by chemical cauterisation or electrocautery.
Kindly upload the images of the moles so that I can visualize the lesions and help you to my best.

genital warts is most likely possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back.
I have seen the attached photograph also.
It looks like mucosal warts only.
It can be treated by chemical cauterisation or electrocautery or Radiofrequency.
Topical application of imiquimod and podophylotoxin also helps.
But you need prescription for the same.
I will advise you to visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription.
You can share my opinion with him.
I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.
