Brief Answer:
vomiting

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you husband is having intractable nausea and vomiting. It sounds like he has a bowel blockage. If he is vomiting bile then the stomach and intestines are not functioning properly and is probably blocked. I would recommend that he be seen in an ER or urgent care center. If his bowels are blocked he will need IV fluids and other treatments to unblock his intestines. He maybe already dehydrated and the only way to replenish the fluids in his body is IV fluids

So in summary
1. bowel blockage
2. Be seen today fro IV fluids and possible admission to a hospital

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
