Question: i am having too much gastric problem and due to over wight i feel lazy sometime.
i have to travel next week outside XXXXXXX ,so also please suggest all the required medicine which is should carry with me.

Thank you for query.
Gastritis can be due to stress, lack of exercise, smoking, Alcohol.
Try to drink lot of water at least 4-5 litres/day.Go for regular physical activity.
Fatigue is because of Vitamin-D deficiency in your case. You can take Tab Sompraz 40mg once daily 1/2 hr before breakfast and Syp Sucrafil-O 10ml twice daily.
You can carry Tab Paracetamol, Tab Sinarest, Cap Easy breathe, Tab Emeset 8mg, Tab loperamide, Sporolac sachets,Betadine ointment ,Sumo spray for muscle pain
