Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows :
1.You are reporting that you have used nexium for gastritis for 3 month and it was effective.
After three months you have the same symptoms.
I need to know if you have done biopsy for H.Pylori infection?
2.The main cause of persistent symptoms even after nexium use is gastritis due to H.pylori infection.
This is why I suggest to do breath test for H.pylori and if it results positive than you need to start antibiotic drugs plus nexium.

Meantime I suggest to avoid NSAID'S drugs, alcohol, smoking and energy drinks.
I suggest too start using antacids like gaviscon it will help to reduce stomach acidity.
Hope it was helpful to you.

I used to skip my break fast earlier and continued it for around 2 years until i faced abdominal pain, acidity.Do you think it was the cause for this problem?
I do not drink any liquids such as tea, coffee, carbonated water. But i have observed something that triggers my condition.Whenever i have something which has wheat content in it the next day i suffer from stomach pain? Do you think it is something i need to remove from my diet?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My other medical background include sinusitis and recently diagnosed with PCOS.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

My opinion is that you may have developed gluten intolerance and eating food reach in gluten (reach in wheat flour) may cause some sort of indigestion.

This is why I strongly recommend a gluten free diet. You should check on food labels and consume only gluten free foods.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
