Hi and welcome.
This is private conversation so it is not seen in public.
First, you should wait for biopsy result to be sure that there is no malignancy. If this is benign polyp then it should not cause such pain. Also, gastritis pain would be felt more like burning after meal. So it would be good to do colonoscopy to see if there is some problem in upper parts of colon.your liver markers seem to be fine and there is no significant liver damage. You should see if pain will persist after6 weeks of antacids therapy. if not,you should repeat gastroscopy. Wish you good health. Regards

Hi.
Yes it may be gas problem, food allergies, but also gastritis and gerd lead to bloating and constipation. but however,it would be good to do colonoscopy sooner or later.

Brief Answer:
Hi, Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Well, yes, milk may cause increased bloating and may worse some symptoms. Almond milk or milk without lactose may be a better solution, as well as yogurt and/ probiotics.

But also, these should be taken in moderate amounts.

Regards
