Brief Answer:
Laparoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
This is a very common problem about accepting the disease particularly at the young age- this is but natural.

As there are no known Medicines for the stones and for avoidance of stones, Surgery is the only option for a permanent cure.

The best option today is Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy, meaning removal of the whole gall bladder along with stones intact. This can be done with four small ports of 5 or 10 mm. Even there is a facility of SILS, that is single incision laparoscopic Surgery through an umbilicus Now-a-days open removal of the gall bladder is almost not done.

The problems are the most minimal now-a-days due to modern anesthesia, best instruments and camera system, well trained Surgeons and your faith and wish.
The complications can be due to anesthesia, Surgery, complications during surgery of bleeding and post operative complication as infection. These are very negligible now.

You have to change food habits after surgery, no oily foods.

The most important point I would like to stress is :: With multiple stones with normal gall bladder wall, with normal liver, common bile duct, this i the best time to operate as the complications and pain after surgery is the least.

please !

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback- although after 10 days.

1- You can always wait till you get a complication. No one in the world would anticipate when would it appear. IT is possible that you may get the next attack when something important is in the offing, so why wait.
2- There will be no formations of a gall stones after surgery. You can have absolutely a normal life as all other patients have, can play and all.
3- There is no known medicine known to stop gall stone formation.
4- You are in XXXXXXX and has many very good laparoscopic Surgeons, Have a talk with your friends and relatives and your family Doctor. Try to get this done from a Surgeon who has been doing this for a long time.

Rest of the things as already explained.
