Hi and welcome.
It may be fungal infection and you should apply Nistatine cream or similar antifungal ointment, have foot baths in warm salty water and if there is no improvement you should see dermatologist especially if you are diabetic since in this case infection may spread fast. Also,if there is no improvement,one part of nail should be removed. Wish you good health. Regards
