Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection Over Penis

Question: hi, I am XXXX there have been in outer skin of my pennies severe itches, raches, blood spots, and inner skin of pennies red spot occour on to my pennies head. plz give me some advice for treatment. I have no sugar.

1. Duration of lesions
2. Associated symptoms
3 . Sexual exposure history
4. history of similar complain in past
5 History of any complain in your partner
6. Any other significant points which you think can help.

Thank you for the details but i was really anticipating some pictures from your side.
Anyways, I think it must be recurrent candidial balanoposthitis, a kind of fungal infection over genitals.
I would suggest you a short course of oral antifungals like fluconazole for
few weeks along with local application of antifungal cream containing sertaconazole.
Use ketoconazole soap and maintain hygiene.
Take antihistaminics for itching.
Avoid tight undergarments.
I think this will take care of your condition.
