Brief Answer:
Terbinafine or itraconazole for 3 months.

Detailed Answer:
Hello young fellow,

Welcome again to the forum and thanks for sending the pictures.

After analyzing the pictures I can make out that your toe nails are quite affected by the fungal infection.

In such a kind of condition it is quite impossible for a lotion alone to cure the condition.

In my patients with your kind of condition I prefer an oral antifungal such as terbinafine or itraconazole daily for 3 months of period.

Rather than onabet lotion it would be better to use amorolfine lotion or cream to take care of condition.

Surgery is not at all the solution for the treatment of the toe nail infection so do not at all think of the surgery.

Discuss regarding these with your dermatologist.
