Question: I have one fingernail that has fungus on it which I have been treating with a perscription fungal nail lacquer. This morning I noticed 2 blue spots on same fingernail. Could this be related to the fungus?

Yes, it's likely to be related to the fungal infection.

Local terbinafine cab be used for a month. If topical antifungal don't work then oral antifungals may be required for a period of 6 to 12 weeks depending upon the response and extent of involvement.
