Brief Answer:
Intertrigo

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It's looking like intertrigo a mixed bacterial and fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a combination of topical antifungal and antibacterial cream.
Ointment clotrimazole in night and ointment mupirocine in morning for a week gives an excellent response.
It is safe and effective.
You can try this.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thanks
