Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection Around Finger Nails

Question: dear Dr

My mother ageing 52 is suffering from problem in nails of both the hands from water from last many years. Her nails starts getting blackish at both the corners and swollen skin around the nails after exposure to water. it's prominent in dominant hand and then the dominating fingers of both the hands critically. she has shown to so many doctors and they says the only solution is to keep away from water. are there any medicine s or any ointment to cure it. attached are the pictures.

Thanks for the query and photograph .
It is looking like onychomycosis, a fungal infection.
She needs treatment with oral and topical antifungal.
I usually prescribe ointment clotrimazole and weekly tablet fluconazole for 6 months.
I have seen good response with that.
She can try this.

It is a superficial infection by fungus.
There is no problem in blood.
Only problem Is the infection is of nails hence it will take time.
