According to your symptoms it may be due to renal or ureteric stones or high blood sugar levels.
Stones needs to be ruled out.
I would suggest you get Ultra sound scan abdomen done.

I hope that the blood sugars were normal last time.

Mean time I would suggest you drink lots of water and fluids. If any stones present and of size below 5mm, it will flow out with urine.

Please get the Ultrasound abdomen done and upload the reports, so that we can further discuss regarding the treatment.
