Brief Answer:
Upper endoscopy is needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

1. Vomiting 15 mins after you have a meal with slight stomach upset is indicative for possible GI problems (lazy bowels = neurological or others).

2. Upper endoscopy is recommended to observe and find out what is causing your symptoms as long as no heart failure or gallstones were noted.

3. For the moment, I advise to:
- have frequent and small meals
- chew up slowly
- do not lay down immediately after eating
- avoid spicy/oily/chilly foods
