Suggest Treatment For Frequent Running Nose

Question: I am having running nose frequently. I am a smoker, roughly smoking aorund 7 cigarettes per day. I have this running nose problem very frequently. I used to take a single dose of allergin before going to bed. Next day morning will be totally fine with a good sleep. Am I in right path though the running nose is affecting me from time to time.

By your history and description, in my opinion you are mostly having allergic rhinitis.
First line of treatment for allergic rhinitis is nasal spray containing steroid.
Twice daily in both nostril is starting dose. Then we need to taper it down according to symptomatic control.
