Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Dizziness is a common finding in patients who had just recently a coronary blockage (coronary acute syndrome) and had done angioplasty.

This situation may be associated with instability in your HR (as was observed during the first 2 days), and BP.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do as follows:
- Cardiac echo after the angioplasty to see heart function (exclude any heart damage)
- Heart rate monitoring
- Blood pressure monitoring
This will help to identify the cause of dizziness.

If everything is fine than you shouldn't worry it will be gone within a couple of days.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Yes this is another way to express the imstability of blood pressure (BP). The drop in BP will be associated with a drop in blood flow in your had causing dizziness.

This is why it's important to closely monitor BP and HR.

It needs a couple of days to turn everything to normal again.

Wish you health!
