Question: Hi My name is XXXXXXX .I am 25 Year old and live in XXXXXXX I work in an IT company so have long hours of working.For past 6 months i have routine cold and throat infections. i have consulted a local ENT and he said there is a nosal bone growth.but i don't want a opeartion. what i can do in medice and lifestyle wise to boost immunity against these infections

Hello

From your complaints it looks like that you may be having a deviated nasal septum/bone and maybe even a sinus infection.

Since you do not want a surgery , then i woyuld like you to try , specially pranayam and if possible jal netti , this will help clear up your sinuses and give good relief.

Please learn these techniques from a professional and not just by watching videos!

You should also avoid smoking/pollution/dusty places and try to keep the air conditioning above 25 degrees.

You can also supplement your diet with food rich in vitamin c , like citrus foods , guava, etc . Vitamin C will help boost your immunity and help fight infections.

Please dont worry, jus try these things and i am sure you will be fine in 3-4 weeks.
