Brief Answer:
Get a vaginal swab for culture and sensitivity

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..

Foul smelling vaginal discharge is an indicator of infection of vagina or uterus.. Get a vaginal swab for culture and sensitivity..

Get a pelvic examination with a gynaecologist.. If there is sign of infection, get IUD removed and start on antibiotics.. Depending on the culture report antibiotics can be changed later..

Keep the area clean and dry.. Avoid excessive use of soap..Avoid intercourse till infection heals completely.. Treat the partner also..

Hope I have answered your query..Feel free to ask any doubts.. good day..
