Brief Answer:
possible herpes

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are having pain and discomfort on your penis after having sex.

The area you are showin in your image maybe herpes. I would strongly urge you to seek medical attention right away and get cultures and treatment if positive. This should not be ignored. Yes it could be just from rough sex but the chance of herpes is high and should be ruled out immediately.

In summary
1. see medical provider
2. tested for herpes and start treatment oral antiviral medication
3. Keep the area clean an dry avoid any topical creams or powders

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions

she only one I've been unprotected with in the last 2 years or more and ive been tested since and she recently had a baby and she never had the problem and I've never had the problem and we are each other's only sex partner and that's the first time it's ever been that rough of sex, so that's why I was thinking friction burns?

Brief Answer:
Possible rough sex

Detailed Answer:
Since you have had a monogamous relationship then the likelihood of herpes is low then the rough sex probably caused the irritation. The best treatment is really no treatment. Allow the area to heal naturally. Keep the area as clan as possible using mild soap daily. Do not put any creams, ointments or powders on the area as they may kill the healing tissue.

I hope this answers your question.
