Brief Answer:
Follicular skin infection,apply antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
You seem to be having lesions of follicular infection called folliculitis over your body .
Basically this is an infection of the hair follicle .
Application of body oils or moisturisers can be the reason of recurrent infections , so avoid their application.
Keep the affected area clean and dry .
After taking bath ,apply an antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the affected areas twice a day .
Wear cotton clothes so as to reduce sweating .
You might need a course of oral steroids if the lesions tend to persist .

Ok and last thing. Is it normal for your vagina to feel itchy and uncomfortable before your period? What if you have some hair could that cause it too? Is it normal

Brief Answer:
Rule out fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Some itching or irritation can occur due to change in hormonal levels.
But you need to be sure that there is no whitish or curdy discharge or any foul smelling discharge or excessive redness so as to rule out any fungal infection over the groin region .
