Brief Answer:
Eardrum exam, Tympanogram (Impedance Audiogram). Medication as detailed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. You need to get your ears examined. In addition you should get a prescription for an anti-allergic mucolytic, local nasal decongestant drops and steam inhalation.

2. There is a simple test known as an Impedance Audiometry. The recorded graph is known as a Tympanogram. This will accurately reveal if there is a fluid build-up in your ears.

3. If there is fluid build-up the ear drum examination will show a dull ear drum and a type 'B' Tympanogram.

4. Upload a Tympanogram and the eardrum examination note for further treatment advice. Meanwhile start these medications.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
