Detailed Answer:
Hi

I am Dr Mittal

I have read your query.

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a viral infection.

I would suggest the following steps.

1. Plenty of fluids- 2-4 litres per day

2. warm saline gargles 4 times a day.

3. Steam inhalation 4 times a day.

4. Multivitamins may be added for better recovery.

5. May need antibiotics if the symptoms do not resolve.

Unfortunately, I cannot suggest anything without major effects for watery eyes. This is due to the infection as well and we will need to wait for the infection to settle so that the watering stops thereafter.

Please feel free to ask a follow up query.
