Brief Answer:
GIT upset: Kindly take these steps to get better.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

1. It seems that you might be having a chronic infection. You need a stool test to determine whether or not you indeed have one.
2. You might be suffering from a gastric condition. You can greatly benefit from PPI tablets here. The flatulence will decrease.
3. At best, the least risky therapy for you is probiotics. This means you must eat foods like yogurt.
4. Beyond this, I would kindly ask you to try out these 3 approaches first. There is a very great probability of success in your condition just using these therapies.
5. I would kindly request you to write to me and tell me if you are on any medicines, or perhaps you have any other illnesses, or if you are under stress.

Please read the above carefully. I want your educated opinion on this.
Please take action on these steps, particularly the first 3.

Sincerely yours,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar

Brief Answer:
1 more practical suggestion to help you out further.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

1. The medicines that you are taking. 1) Benicar 2) Trazadone 3) Aspirin do not cause any of the gastric upsets, nor do they cause flatulence.
2. The supplements that you are taking are quite benign.
3. When a person is hyper, it is but natural for a "flight or fight response". This means that you can actually get these issues from stress.
4. Kindly take the remedial steps that I have mentioned. PPI's, Yogurt and the like.
5. Attempt to relax. There are several free online videos that teach you to relax, meditate and feel better.
6. There is medical evidence that relaxation response to mediation, or certain exercises, or guided visualizations, cut's tensions and stress. This is true.

Please attempt these remedial steps. It may sound like a tall order.
And when you get to practicing relaxation, you'll find how easy it really was.

Yours sincerely,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
