Brief Answer:
Do yoga and have positive attitude in you life.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

In place of flouxitine you can take Duloxetine/venlafaxine as they are superior for treating fibromyalgia.

I also advise you to take lyrica as it may help fibromyalgia by calming overly excited nerves that cause pain.

All the above medications should be taken by prescription of your local doctor.

You should have positive attitude in life, since you have normal MRI, bone scan and blood tests. It means that you do not have any chance of cancer till now.

Do not try to overindulge in day to day heavy work. Do have time for yourself and your family also.

You should do exercise regularly. At first, exercise may increase your pain. But doing it gradually and regularly often decreases symptoms. Appropriate exercises may include walking, swimming, biking and water aerobics.

Physical therapy is often recommended to help ease fibromyalgia pain. IT is uploaded on youtube.

Do yoga as this practices combine meditation, slow movements, deep breathing and relaxation.

Yoga will also help in having sound sleep.

I hope it helps.

You are welcome to ask any health related query.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
