Question: Hi I have Fibromyalgia Fog and I am very forgetful my problem is that I completely loose days at a time. I won't remember two three days at a time is this normal. I can sit and talk to my kids or brother for 15 20 mins at a time and remember nothing

But definitely there are lots of things you can do to improve your condition. Get good sleep by avoiding caffeine, taking pills like eszipoclone and zolpidem and amitryptiline which reduce fatigue. Vitamin D supplements and L-Acetyl Carnitine are known to help Exercise regularly, do yoga and meditation as it causes release of endorphins which reduce the pain. Also do mental exercises like jigsaw puzzles and crossword as they help keep you mentally alert. Massage therapy and acupressure also helps.
