Suggest Treatment For Fever

Question: my daughter age 4.6 having fever 103.1. we gave meftal-p 5ml around 9.00pm. Still fever not reduced. what should i do now. Shall i give one more 5ml to her.

I would suggest you to give her paracetamol.
Paracetamol is the safest antipyretic in children.
If fever is high as in your case you can give combination of paracetamol with brufen like syp. ibugesic plus.
Now you can do 2 things to bring tempreture down-
1. cold sponging.
2. give paeracetamol.
