Suggest Treatment For Fever, Stomach Ache And Vomiting
Question: Hi Doctor, my son is 5 years old. he had fever on 4 th XXXXXXX night. he was also complaining about tummy ache. we had given him crocin. he also had puked . yesterday also he had fever and there was little tummy ache. today morning he was fine with no fever. but after breakfast he was complaining for tummy ache. I gave him lanzol twice and also one dose of lanzol today. is there anything to worry?

thank you doctor for your response. for how many days I should give him lanzol? I gave him twice yesterday. and today I gave him once. could you kindly let me know how many times I should give him. his temperature has gone down. he has no fever and he is active now.
