Brief Answer:
Fever is usually self limiting

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX

It's quite common for babies to have mild fever . It is usually viral and self limiting. If the following criteria are fulfilled there is no cause for concern

1. Baby accepting breast feeding well
2. Temperature not above 101 °F
3. Sleeps well after feeds
4. Respiration is normal
5. Urine output is adequate
6. No rash
7 . No excessive crying while passing urine

Continue giving Paracetamol at dosage of 15 mg per kg body weight per dose 6th hourly. Keep the baby warm and continue exclusive breast feeding

Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.

Take care
