Suggest Treatment For Fever In A Child

Question: my son is 2.11 year old sufferring fever which medecin is best. is it compelsury to give antibioatic or ibrujasic is ok?he dont want to take medesions if give he vomits out'does not take food properly

For fever at this age It is usually a viral infection.
Antibiotics are not necessary unless a clinical examination reveals features of bacterial infection.
I would usually prescribe only paracetamol at this age and avoid ibugesic as it can cause gastritis.
If fever doesn't settle in a day it is better to consult your pediatrician to identify the cause of fever. Avoid continuing fever medicines without doctor checking your child as it may mask warning signs.
