Brief Answer:
It may be viral respiratory infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Most common cause of fever with cough is viral respiratory infection. Although it can be bacterial infection too but it is less common.Cold is the general term used for viral upper respiratory infection. These viral infection usually caught from family members or from school mates. In viral infection fever is episodic and between the two episodes child's activity usually remains normal unlike in bacterial infection where child appears more sick.

Sometimes severe cough can cause pain in abdomen due to spasm of abdominal muscles.Viral infection can also cause gastritis along with the respiratory infection and that may be the another reason for pain abdomen.

Give him some antipyretic along with cough syrup containing bronchodilator (like salbutamol/terbutaline) and antiallergic under physician guidence. Give him adequate amount of fluid.

I would suggest you to consult a pediatrician for proper clinical evaluation, any investigation (like strep test, blood cell count) if needed and management accordingly.

I will be glad to answer if you have any further query.

Brief Answer:
Antiemetic like domperidon or ondensetron with antacid

Detailed Answer:
Hello

You can give Ondensetron tablet or syrup twice or thrice daily for vomiting.
You have not mentioned the age of your son so exact dosing is not possible to say. I would suggest you to give omeprazole or lansoprazole tablet to decrease acidity.
Also give him plenty of fluid(ORS) to prevent dehydration.

You are welcome to ask any further query if any.
