clinical examination and investigations are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having infection of the upper respiratory tract.
I would advise that should take an antihistamines like Levocetrizine 5 mg along with an antibiotic like Azithromycin 500 mg and a lactobacillus preparation once a day for treatment of your infection. You can take paracetamol 500 mg 8 hourly for relief from fever and pain.
Warm saline gargles will have added benefits.
I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an ENT specialist.
Following investigations are needed :-
1. Complete Blood Count (CBC).
2. Throat swab culture.
3. Sputum examination.
Reprts of the above mentioned investigations along with a clinical examination will help in planning your further clinical management.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
