Suggest Treatment For Fever, Cold And Cough

Question: my three year old has had a fever since Wednesday, but nothing over 102 F he has watery eyes a snoty nose and a cough. he does have allergies and takes zyrtec, nasonex, and singular. how long should i expext his fever to last before i should worry?
