from yesterday i having this, fever is 100c, yes i having chills, i taken paracetamol 650

1. To take an antibiotic like Azithromycin 500 mg once a day.
2. To take an anti allergic like Levocetrizine 5 mg once a day
3. To take Paracetamol 500 mg thrice daily.
4. To do warm saline gargles four times a day.
I advise this treatment for 3 days.
