Brief Answer:
Continue and have some additional symptomatic treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and the attachments you just received.
Read the history about your Father suffering from fever, body-ache, sore throat and tiredness for the last three days. He also has got some sort of muscle cramps in the right side below the chest which stays for just few seconds. He is taking Hifen Lxx, Unicontin 400 and Limcee.
He is getting better but not fully recovered.

With the symptoms you have mentioned about your father , and the history of getting better, I would advise to continue the same treatment and add a few more medicines like Omeprazole, Paracetamol for fever/body ache and multivitamins for early recovery.

He may please continue the rest for a few more days.
Always complete the course of minimum 5 to 7 days or till the recovery is complete.

The problem looks to be started with flu or so and one can get the secondary infection. Since he is recovering so well, do not worry, get a review by your Doctor to see for the extension of the treatment.

He may please take a full diet (always ask the patient what would he like to have) and plenty of oral fluids as weakness can linger on for more days and bed rest really helps for early and complete recovery.
The muscle cramps of a few seconds have not much of a clinical significance an Paracetamol may take care of it.

I hope He does not have diabetes or any other medical problems.

I hope this answer helps your Father and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.
