Suggest Treatment For Fever And Sore Throat
Question: I am female 38, 143 pounds and I am having major check congestion and extreme fatigued with body aches. No fever, but I feel very warm to the touch No sore throat, runny nose, no stuffed up nose. Just a little post nasal drip every once in a while.

Since you have minor symptoms conservative management is all that is needed in your case.
For effective control of your symptoms you can take tab Paracetamol 500 mg bidx3days plus tab Diclofenac 100 mg SR bidx3days.
If symptoms especially cheek congestion ,does not resolve by day 4,its advisable and wise to start antibiotics like Augmentin 625.
Note:these drugs have to be taken only under strict medical supervision.
