Suggest Treatment For Fever And Pain In The Neck
Question: I woke up today with neck pain on the right side of my neck only and have had it all day. I have been able to eat with no pain and now i'm getting warm. Could this be something serious?

In my opinion you pain is due to neck spasm and the cause of spasm could be a bad posture or impending fever.
I suggest you start paracetamol, and muscle relaxants for neck pain.
