1) Take Anti-pyretic drugs (like paracetamol or combiflam tablets) twice or thrice daily (but not more than 4 tablets per day) for your fever which are available over the counter.

2) Antihistamines like levocetrizine 10 mg (brand name L-Dio 1) twice daily for cold and if you have runny nose.

3) Steam inhalation with warm salt water gargles (if throat pain) will certainly help for symptomatic relief from cold.

4) Antibiotics will not require here since cold is mostly due to viral infection.
