Question: I HAVE A FATTY LIVER PROBLEM I HAVE REDUCE MY LIQURE CONSUMPTION FROM 300 ML TO 50 ML WILL IT IMPROVE MY LIVER PROBLEM. THANKS

HI

Thanks for posting your query.

There are few causes for fatty liver .

1. Alcohol Intake ( Most common cause )
2. Diabetes.
3. High Blood Cholesterol levels.
4. Less Physical activity.

Among these you have Alcohol consumption as the cause of Fatty liver . If it is the only cause in your case then reduction in Alcohol intake shall resolve the problem . Even reduction I recommend you to take 50-75 ml once a week and not daily.

But if you have not got your blood sugars and Cholesterol tested , then kindly get it done and if they are out of the range they need to be controlled too.

Also I recommend you to increase your physical activity by doing daily exercises.
