Suggest Treatment For Fatty Liver
Question: hello sir, i m 35yr male with regular alcoholic lifestyle, i have discovered fatty grade 2 liver in recently conducted general health checkup. my sgot, sgpt and ggt levels are 88, 79 and 155 respectively. i m suggested to take udiliv 300 twice a day and Inj nourokind gold 1 wkly for 4 wks. is this medication sufficient to get levels within normal limits.

You have fatty liver and deranged liver function test results, specially SGPT, SGOT and GGT. You have been suggested the right medicines for this condition.
Only what you need to follow in excess to the medicines are modification of diet and regular exercise.
Avoidance of alcohol and smoking, avoidance of fatty and junk food, taking lots of water and fluid, dietary fibers is required.
Regular exercise in form of brisk walking atleast has to be maintained.
Taking the medicine regularly is important, follow up to your doctor after 1 month.
Get a repeat blood test done after 3 months.
