Brief Answer:
B complex vitamins

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic!

It is great that you have decided to quit drinking. In addition to staying away from alcohol, you will also need to take vitamin B-complex supplements, especially those containing a good dose of thiamine (vitamin B1). This vitamin is deficient in people who are chronic drinkers and this is responsible for many of alcohol's adverse effects on the body.

Thiamine is naturally found in: Enriched, fortified, and whole grain products such as bread, cereals, rice, pasta, and flour; Beef, liver and pork; Egg; Legumes and peas; Nuts and seeds.

A healthy and nutritious diet will help you regain your health faster.

Hope this helps you. Please feel free to ask in case you need any clarifications.

Best wishes.
