Question: sore glands, extreme fatigue, dizziness, flu like symptoms on and off for many years. really bad since July 2014

No to all except sometimes nightime cough.

no treatment. recent blood work at er was good.

The symptoms you are facing are non specific however it requires work up nonetheless
Here is what you should do

1. Get routine blood tests like thyroid function, liver function, blood sugars
2. The next step would be to get your vitamin and iron profile including Vit d and b12 done
3. If these are normal then please get a whole body pet scan to rule out tumours
