Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Muscle Pain
Question: Please doctor help me. I had a protected sex with a prostiute I just rubbed my penis to her vaginal and to her ass without any penetration with using condom In third day after that I have an unstoppable headache , sore throats , muscle aches, Pain in muscle joints ,tiredness and fatuge sometimes I sweat at night from 3rd day. No fever and no rash Now I am in 8th day . And this still continues. Please help me are these symptoms of HIV?If no which disease maybe it will be?

I hope you are well. I uploaded my blood test as you recommended. I showed my blood test to doctor here in egypt . He told me that I didn't have any medical issues related to STD diseases but honestly I didn't trust that because I read that sexually transmitted disease need time to dedicated in tests . My situation become worse . I vomited today there is swollen lamp on my neck I captured a photo for it. And sore throat pain increased I feel that they are not caring here . I think that I should stop my vacation and return back to U.K by tomorrow Doctors there are familiar with sexually transmitted diseases more than here . If there any missing test please tell me to do them now . Could you please recommend me any medicine that can help reducing virus spreading. I know some of viruses no treatment for it . I feel that I lost everything. Please tell me how I should interact with my family until returning back to U.K. And please advise me if I should return or not.

Thank you doctor for helping and suppot . I just want to tell you that there was skin to skin contact. I mean contact in bodies.i checked my body after that i didnt find any sores or wounds .i will do what you recommend and send results to you. Do you recommend repeat any tests to check again during those days. Are there any possibility for results to change ?
