Suggest Treatment For Extreme Night Sweats And Constipation

Question: I am concerned about elevated immature granulocytes combined with other symptoms.
I am a 39 y/o male, and my recent blood work showed the following:
Immature Granulocytes 2%, Immature Granulocytes Absolute 0.12 K/uL
Hematocrit 47.9%; WBC 7.9 K/uL; RBC 5.22 M/uL; Hemoglobin 16.1 g/dL; Platelets 315 K/uL
Calcium 10.8 mg/dL; PTH Intact 62.4 pg/mL; Prolactin 49.2 ng/mL; Calcitonin 9.6 pg/mL
I experience extreme night sweats every night (which I have assumed was a side effect of my stimulant medication). I have recently been experiencing frequent headaches and nausea (I have taken domperidone (Motillium) occasionally to help with the nausea). My appetite fluctuates quite a bit. I occasionally experience pain in my lower left side, which I have assumed was a result of constipation. I frequently experience a slight tremor in my hands.
Recently I had significant (at least it to me!) bleeding from the bowel (bright red blood), which lasted 2 weeks and then stopped.
I take medications for hypertension, cholesterol and depression, and probiotics for IBS which I have had since childhood.
My paternal grandfather had colon and lung cancer; my father died from pancreatic cancer; my paternal aunt from multiple myeloma; and a paternal uncle has also had cancer of some kind.
Do any of the blood levels / symptoms above give you cause for concern?
Thank you very much for your help.

Brief Answer:
Prolactin level is significantly high.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your complete blood count reports shows immature granulocytes. But rest all findings are normal so it can be due to some infection or other cause. But nothing to worry about cancer right now.
Just repeat your complete blood count after 2 weeks.

Your prolactin is high. It can be due to hypothyroidism or pituitary tumor or some other cause.

You should investigate it. Go for MRI brain and Thyroid function test. Then plan accordingly.

Your other reports are normal. Your abdominal pain, constipation, bleeding all are due to ulcerative colitis so continue your treatment for that.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
