You wife can try the following method of treatment
1. High fiber diet.
2. Avoid all the foods and beverages and stress-like conditions which gives
constipation or any problem related to gastrointestinal system.
3 She can try Liquid Cremaffin plus 2 tea spoonful to be taken at bedtime (night
only).
4. Sitz bath- sitting in a tub with warm water. This is the most and very
important- to be done just before passing a stool and after passing a stool.
5.Clean the area very clear of the fecal soiling that remains after cleaning; use
cotton soaked in the same water to clean.
6 She can apply Xylocaine gel 2% if pain is too much.
7. 5 day course of an antibiotic Amoxiclav and Metronidazole (You need a
prescription of a local Doctor) or else you can continue the same antibiotics given by your doctor
8. Also take probiotics like Tab or powder Sporolac and multivitamins.
9. Avoid stress and mental tensions at any cost, this is a very important factor.
